Under this model Synergy Telecommunications-TSP Division is engaged in all the activities that are required for the setting up of telecom tower sites right from scratch. The scope of work under the EPC deployment model is as follows:

• Site Survey

•Soil Testing

• Structural analysis, foundations design, and drawings

•Supply of Telecom towers

•Supply, installation, and commissioning of Class A items like Shelters, A/C’s, DG sets, Batteries, SMPS, IPI units, etc.

•Execution of Civil work

•Tower erection and painting

• Execution of electrical work

•Statutory approvals from Municipal Corporation, Pollution Control Board, Electricity Board, and other statutory bodies.

• Work Scheduling

•Warehouse and Logistics management

• Supply Chain management

•MIS services - reporting site status to clients on regular basis

•Quality and Acceptance testing

• Documentation

• Accomplish Site Ready For Installation

• Site Handover
