TELECOM IMPLEMENTATION:
Synergy Telecommunications has started its dedicated Telecom Practice. We have a qualified installation and commissioning team trained on most of OEM‘s equipment.

- Sophisticated site analyzers, power meters, frequency counters, BER meters, Laptops from standard companies like Anritsu, Bird, Agilent is our expertise with full fledged highly educated engineers.
- Using standard technical tools like torque wrenches, SMA tools, Andrew cutters, Ratchet cutters, Connector tools from standard companies like Hubersuhner, Andrew, etc is a must for us.
- IBS sites Planning & Implementation.
- Enhanced activities like making PCM through, Cabinet expansions, Space diversity Hops, 1+1 configuration MW hops, double metros will be easily had with our experts.
- We have very skilled & qualified Team of professionals led by experienced Project Managers in the BSS domain who are able to handle complex end to end projects involving TI of BTS/MW/BSC etc, Integration & commissioning of all BSS elements &, AT clearance (incl BSNL projects).
RF / TRANSMISSION PLANNING ACTIVITY:
Synergy Telecommunications is giving all the RF and Transmission related services for the Telecom Operators/Service providers.
- At Synergy, we have the know-how and the expertise to deal with complex network planning tools and run the coverage prediction plots & to arrive at an optimal network design to match with service provider’s requirements. We have the capability to work with all key Network planning tools in the market and we can execute Network planning projects across all wireless technologies. Synergy commits to provide a comprehensive “first time right” network plan that complies to meet the various wireless planning indicators.
- We offer to provide the services through RF Drive testers along with the Planning/Drive test kits (TEMS Cell Planner Universal TCPU) and vehicle for the Telecom Operators/Service providers.
- We offer to provide the Network Optimization services to the Telecom Operators through a dedicated team of RF experts with all the Tools and resources. Our team works in close coordination with the Customer and thus implement the proposed action plan that meets the set KPIs & Quality of Service (QoS) targets.
- We have resources to be offered for Transmission LOS Surveys & Link Budget calculations. Our engineers are experienced on working on tools such as Path Loss tool.
EXPERT MANPOWER OUTSOURCING:
Synergy Telecommunications is providing the expert manpower outsourcing services to the Telecom Operators/Service providers.
We provide the expert manpower outsourcing service for the Telecom Operators/Service Providers with the necessary statutory compliances. We maintain all the Legal and statutory compliances such as ESI, EPF, Registration under Factory Act etc which are mandatory for the Manpower hiring. We offer to provide the best services to customer with lower costs.
MSC/BSC INFRA BUILD-UP:
Synergy Telecommunications is providing MSC/BSC Infra build-up services to the Telecom Operators/Service providers.
- At Synergy, we have expertise for giving Turnkey solutions for New MSC/BSC Infrastructure setup which includes all the Civil works, Interior works of the Office & MSC Equipment rooms & Data centres, HT/LT Electrical works including supply & installation of Transformers, Phase changers, AVRs, BB/PPs, PACs, UPS with DBs, LT Panels & ACDBs/DCDBs, Fire protection systems etc.
- We provide the Project Management Services for timely and efficiently completion of the Projects.
